July 4th Hero WOD, in honor of "Loredo"

6 rounds for time of:
....Squats, 24 reps
....Push ups, 24 reps
....Walking lunges, 24 steps
Time cap of 40 minutes. Post time.

We had an awesome turnout for an awesome Hero WOD! We had 35 people doing the workout! Next time, we need to make sure we get a group picture @ the end of the WOD! What a great way to celebrate our nation's Independence Day. Always remember, freedom isn't free, it carries with it a high price that soldiers have paid for with their lives. These Hero WODs are dedicated to those fallen soldiers so that we will never forget their sacrifice.
