2015-10-16 WOD

Squat Clean and Jerk 6x3 @70-75%
Drop and reset after each rep.

6 Rounds
...Sprint 100m -- start lying face down on the ground
...Rest 2-3 minutes
Get some friends together and race on all 6 rounds! Post fastest/slowest run times.

    The sprints were CHALLENGING! Don't think I've ever done sprints doing CrossFit in 5 months.
