Squat Snatch 10x1 @80-95%

8 Rounds
...400m Run
...Rest 1 minute
DO NOT go max effort on any of these. The goal is to push a harder pace than you would in a met-con, and hold it for each one. Consistency is the goal. Time cap of 27 minutes. Post time.

    I was late getting to the box from blood work, so I was in a hurry throughout the WOD's. Was happy with my run. While I finished last, it was my fastest pace for a run in years. Got a lot of good form advice on the Snatch as well.
