    ...Rest 90 seconds
    Time cap of 22 minutes. Post time/reps.
    My reps: 2.14 with no rest periods.

    Felt very strong with the back squats and looking forward to the next 1RM and 5RM tests. I forgot to take the 90 sec. rest periods during the MetCon...DUH!
