Every 90 Seconds for 5 Rounds:
...1 Squat Clean & Split Jerk
Use the first five rounds to build to a heavy power clean and push jerk. Begin your squat clean and split jerk using the same weight you ended with on the power clean and push jerk. Stay at 80% or less for both movements and focus on the technique, NOT the weight.
