AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
...50' DBFR Walking Lunges (2x 50/35#)
...16 Toes to Bar
...8 Power Cleans (2x 50/35#)
2 rounds of:
...50' DBFR Walking Lunges (2x 50/35#)
...16 Bar Muscle Ups
...8 Power Cleans (2x 50/35#)
Alternating between toes to bar and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds. Post rounds/reps.
