2017-04-04 WOD

If you want to be good at kipping pull ups in metcons, you need to be stronger at strict pull ups first! Remember, it usually takes longer to build strength first, then we can add the technique in later to be AWESOME! That's why we focus on strength early in the training year, then add the skill next, then conditioning!

And yeah, that's a super old picture (December 2012) when our rig was just 14' long... Now it's 54' long! Recognize anybody in there?
