Ironically, Hulk's strength was directly proportionate to how angry he got! However, the point of our "Anger Management" WOD is to pick your weaknesses and work on them so that hopefully they won't make you angry anymore...


Hulk Cycle Week 10

"Anger Management"
EMOM for 20 Minutes:

Pick two weaknesses and work on them! You choose the movements.
