The Joker, as he first appeared in Batman #1 back in April 1940! He is the first, and therefore, longest running archenemy of the Batman. And who, just like Batman, has no superpowers but is still ranked as one of the greatest villains of all time! Remember, this WOD doesn't sound so bad on paper, but that's the joke of it...
