2017-11-14 WOD

Colonel William Stryker is an anti-mutant extremist in the X-Men comics. Ironically, after having a hand in the Weapon X Project (which gave Wolverine his indestructible adamantium skeleton), he has a "religious epiphany" and tries to go about exterminating all mutants! Regardless, hopefully this workout will get you some abs of adamantium with all those toes to bar?

Wolverine Cycle Week 8
