Ted's diverse range of experiences in sports, fitness, and martial arts come from a deep desire for mastery of the human form in all physical endeavors. Over the years, Ted has worked with hundreds of clients and athletes in helping them achieve their goals, whatever they may be. He has worked with Olympic hopefuls, military (including Navy SEALs and Special Forces), law enforcement, firefighters, a Ninja Warrior contestant, and everyday people helping them do things they didn’t think were possible, such as losing up to 95 pounds, building muscle, regaining their mobility, running marathons, or just feeling good about their bodies again. Ted has worked as a wrestling coach, a boxing and martial arts instructor, a rock climbing instructor, a running coach, and fitness manager of a franchise gym. His personal achievements include earning a 13th degree black belt from Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (ninjutsu) grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi while living in Japan for 3 years, Naval Academy Brigade Boxing champion, regional boxing champion, and 5th at collegiate boxing nationals, and ran several marathons and triathlons, including Ironman Florida in Panama City (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run). There are few trainers and coaches that have as in-depth an understanding of how the human body works in as many different applications.

Nicole has been CrossFitting since October 2011. She has successfully used CrossFit and the Paleo diet to lose over 50 pounds after pregnancy. She loves pull ups, GHD sit ups, and burpees!






Andrew Traynham

A lifelong athlete and competitor, Andrew has always had a love for the art and science of sports. After suffering a severe break to his wrist which required a screw to be replaced, he was forced to spend a year on the sidelines and out of the gym. Overweight and unhealthy for the first time in his life, he decided he was ready for change! Using a combination of Crossfit and the Paleo Diet Andrew successfully lost over 40 pounds in just six months. He completely rehabilitated his wrist, hit new PRs on all of the Olympic Lifts, and went from never running more than a "couple miles" to completing Tough Mudder (a half-marathon obstacle course) less than a year into his training. Andrew is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, and believes that it is his responsibility to give back by sharing his knowledge and love of Crossfit. He loves the sound of crashing weights, hearing people cheer each other on during tough workouts, and training with his beautiful fiancée (a fellow CrossFitter).
