COMPETITORS: Active recovery day or rest day. Get some low intensity steady state cardio on the rower and/or bike, then lots of mobility to get ready for Open WOD 16.4! If you're going to do this WOD anyway (because it does look like fun), competitors do Power Cleans @225/145#.
