2018-02-26 WOD


If you're not doing/redoing 18.1 tomorrow, don't forget your jump rope for the first WOD! Also, I don't recall the entire story (the link doesn't work anymore when CrossFit completely redesigned their website), but the second WOD for tomorrow is in honor of "Jeremy" who was a boy that drowned in his family's backyard pool. Because of that, CrossFit has donated tons of money over the years to Infant Swim Rescue, which is a program that teaches babies as young as 6 months old to survive in the water!

Superman Cycle Week 2

For total reps:
