Superman Cycle Week 2

Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds:
...2 Power Snatch
Start around 60% and build to no more than 85% of 1RM snatch. Record heaviest load.


AMRAP in 9 minutes:
...100' (4x25') Shuttle Run
...100' (4x25') Burden Run (20/14#)
...10 Wall Balls (20/14#)
Both hands must touch on the opposite side of the line for the shuttle run. Ball must touch on burden run. Record rounds/reps.


COMPETITORS
