Thrusters and pull ups, a classic combination... Well, to make it a more complete workout, let's add some double unders to hit your lungs a little harder!



Hulk Cycle Week 10

"Infinity Gauntlet"
AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
1-2-3-etc. rounds of:
...12 Thrusters (95/65#)
...12 C2B Pull Ups
...48 Double Unders
*Rest 1-2-3-etc. min between sets.

Reverse Hyper
...3-4 x 15-25 Reps (30-50% of 1RM Back Squat).
Try to increase load/reps slightly every time you do this.
