2018-07-27 WOD

Definitely one of the most popular renditions of the Joker was Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight, especially the "magic trick" scene! "The Joker" is also one of our favorite Sigma benchmarks. The burpees are cardio-ish, push jerks for weightlifting, and toes to bar to get a little gymnasty! Make sure you look up your old score to see what you're trying to beat!
