Batman Cycle Week 5

Deadlift
...Find a 3RM (with 1-second "rest" at the bottom of every rep)
No dropping of the barbell at any point, even the last rep! Hands must stay on the bar, even during the negative. Record heaviest load.



3 RFT:

...15 Power Cleans (115/75#)
...15 HSPU
Record time.
