Handstand Push-ups
For time:

If possible, try to start each round (after each rest period) with max strict HSPU then switch to kipping to finish the round. If you need to scale it to dumbbells, you can either go a little lighter and do it completely strict, or go a little heavier and start each round with max strict press and switch to push press if needed to finish each round. Record time and total strict reps in the comments!
