Record load.

*Use same load across all sets. Rest as needed between sets. Touch-and-go ONLY off the floor, any regripping of the barbell at the floor is a foul. May pause during a set overhead, in the front rack, or in the hang only (back rack or sitting the barbell in your hips is a foul). Try to do the first half or 2/3 of each set FAST, then pause as needed to finish the remaining reps while staying unbroken.
