2018-10-30 WOD

Good thing we got all those new bikes in just in time for tomorrow's WOD! Feel free to try out the new C2 BikeErgs during the WOD to see how different it is from the Assault Bikes! Remember, we've seen the C2 Bikes in CrossFit competitions as well (including the last CrossFit Games), so it would be a good idea for everyone to get feel for them! Plus, they've got an adjustable damper setting too, just like the rowers and SkiErgs!
